High-Value Shipments & Signature Policy
To prevent theft and fraud, all rim and wheel orders are shipped via insured carriers with a mandatory signature requirement. If you are not home to sign, the carrier will leave a door tag with instructions for re-delivery or local pickup. Packages returned to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts will be subject to a restocking fee.
