Because we source our items directly to offer you prices below retail, we utilize a streamlined return policy. Please read our guidelines below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.
30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the exact same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and unaltered
- With all original tags firmly attached
- Sealed in its original product packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase

Pre-Approval Required: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving explicit return approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong part, contact us immediately at support@performancesourcedirect.com.
To expedite your solution, please include:

- Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect
We will review the issue right away and arrange a replacement part or credit to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are subject to special return conditions:

Electrical Parts — No Returns: All electrical components (including but not limited to ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, and control modules) are final sale and non-returnable under any circumstances due to the nature of the parts.

Custom & Special-Order Parts — Final Sale: Custom products, special orders, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Used Parts — No Returns: Certain used or refurbished parts are sold as-is and are non-returnable. Items that are final sale will be clearly marked as such on the product listing. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Dealer/OEM Parts — Restocking Fee: Returns on dealer and OEM parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's purchase price, deducted from your refund upon approval.

Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Final Sale: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by local consumer law.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the unwanted item via our standard process. Once your return is received and accepted, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new item.
European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the policy above, if your merchandise is being shipped directly into the European Union, you possess the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
The item must still meet our core eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original sealed packaging.
EU residents are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping to our United States inspection office unless local law explicitly dictates otherwise.
Refunds and Processing Times We will notify you via email once we have received, inspected, and processed your returned package. We will let you know if the refund is approved or denied based on the condition of the item.
Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banking Delays: Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company often takes additional time to process and post the funds to your account.
